     The criteria for Guoguang to judge talent are very pragmatic: first of all, having a true ability; and secondly, in company’s need. Only the real workplace can discriminate talent, and only the practice in workplace can exert the value of talent; the final criterion measure of talent is to see the performance, the results and the effectiveness.
